CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

  • Address Changes and Cancellations are not available due to our quick turn around time.
  • Please email us at Contact us and  provide your order number, first and last name on the order, or email you provided us when you purchased.
    • Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once the order has been placed.
    • If your order fails to deliver or is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information or failure to claim your package in the allotted time we are not liable for reshipment or refund. (If it has been 30 days since it was returned to us you will have to place an additional order. We will send your original order along with the newly placed order.)

PROCESSING

  • Please allow 1-3 Business days for your order to be processed.
  • Items may ship separately.
  • Status Unavailable/Pre-Shipment, or something similar, may appear. This is normal.
  • All Vulcan Collection fulfillment is in the United States!

TRACKING

  • USPS Tracking
  • You can access your tracking number(s) by clicking the blue "View My Order" button within your confirmation email. This will launch your confirmation page where you can copy and then paste your tracking number on the site linked above.
